Privacy policy

What this site collects today: nothing. This website does not currently run analytics, does not set tracking cookies, and has no working signup form. If that changes — in particular when the mailing list goes live — this page will be updated before the change takes effect.

When the mailing list opens. Signups will be handled by a third-party provider rather than stored on this website. At that point we will collect your email address, and optionally your ZIP code so we can tell you about shows near you. We use it only to send you news about Barton. We do not sell or share it.

Your choices. Every email we send will include a working unsubscribe link. You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing the address below — including if you are a California resident exercising rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

Children. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Embedded services. Some pages embed third-party content — for example video hosted on YouTube, or the mailing-list form. Those providers may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Contact. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete what we hold about you, use the details on our contact page.

This policy is written in plain language and describes what the site actually does. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a lawyer before the mailing list launches.
